TED TALKS HOCKEY

Can you guess who I am?

Can you guess who I am? Before you get to the bottom of the page.

My life began In 1974. I used to be quite famous for a time during the nineteen seventies. I have played in games with every NHL team. My passion in life is scoring, and I have scored more than any other player in the NHL. I have had several books written about me: Love That Hockey Game (1975), The Stolen Stanley Cup (1980), and My Greatest Moments In Hockey (1980). I don’t get a lot of respect when I’m on the ice, I’m constantly getting slapped at kicked at, and on several occasions, I have been forced to interact with the fans.

Can you guess who I am?

My father is NBC executive and New York Rangers season ticket holder Donald Carswell, and my mother, whose maiden name is Hanna-Barbera. I took a long hiatus from the game, but I did make a mini-comeback during the 2007 NHL playoffs and a two-year stint with the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) from the 2009-2010 NHL season. Since then, I have been selling my own line of retro apparel. I’m also very proud to mention that you can now watch my entire career on DVD, released in 2007 by Peace Arch Entertainment. You can watch me during the first intermission of the Toronto Maple Leaf game broadcast on Leafs TV.

Can you guess who I am?

Still don’t know Who I ‘am?

My fans know me as Peter Puck, the diminutive black disc that the game wouldn’t be without me, and NOW YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY…Good Day.
